State-run HGC supports homeownership among Filipinos by encouraging the banks and other financial institutions to lend to individual home buyers and housing developers. It assures lenders and investors in housing by issuing loan and securitization guarantees.
The clients’ appreciation night was attended by government executives, representatives of the property development sector, bank executives, program beneficiaries and Housing and Urban Development Council chairman Vice President Jejomar Binay.
As a friendly community bank, Cantilan bank desires to further serve the communities by coordinating with different institutions like HGC whose primary goal is to uplift the lives of Filipino families in countryside areas through housing projects.
